1. About KickOffs
KickOffs helps people take a business idea toward becoming a real business. Our process may include reviewing your idea, finding a suitable name or premium domain, connecting you with professionals, and, where appropriate, introducing you to investors. Not every idea will move through every step.
2. Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and honestly. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful information
- Submit content that infringes someone else's rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the site
- Use automated tools to scrape the site or send spam through our forms
- Use the site to harm, harass or defraud others
We may block access or remove submissions that break these rules.
3. Idea submissions
When you submit an idea, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use what you send only to review your request, contact you and provide the services you ask for, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting an idea does not create a partnership, employment, agency or investment relationship. Please do not include highly sensitive information in your first submission. If you want something to be kept confidential, please ask us for a written agreement before sharing details.
4. No guarantees
We work to give every idea a fair review, but we cannot promise any particular outcome. In particular, we do not guarantee that:
- Your idea will be accepted or developed
- You will receive funding, or that any investor will be interested
- You will be matched with a team or professional
- Your business will launch, grow or become profitable
Any business involves risk. You are responsible for your own decisions.
5. Premium domains
Premium domains shown on this site may be offered for rent, rent-to-own or sale through the BuyLikeRent program. Availability, prices, rental terms, purchase options and any credits toward ownership are set out in the actual agreement you sign, and may change or end without notice before an agreement is made.
Prices and examples shown on the site are for illustration only unless stated otherwise in a written agreement. A domain is not reserved for you until an agreement is signed and any required payment is made. You are responsible for using a rented domain lawfully and in line with applicable laws and policies.
6. Third parties and links
This site may link to or mention other websites and services, such as BuyLikeRent.com. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Any dealings you have with third parties, including professionals or investors we may introduce, are between you and them.
7. Intellectual property
The KickOffs name, logo, design, text and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content without written permission.
You keep ownership of your own idea. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your idea to us.
8. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or secure. Information on the site is general and is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Please speak with a qualified professional before making important decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KickOffs and its owners, team and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if you paid nothing.
Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
